CustomTools.App, LLC builds and operates Garage Floor Studio and the CustomTools platform. It is the company behind this site, the product, and your subscription. Charges appear on card statements as GARAGE FLOOR STUDIO.
CustomTools.App, LLC is an independent software provider. It is not Garage Force (the franchisor) and does not represent it; franchise names and marks belong to the franchisor and its franchisees, and are used here solely in serving authorized franchisees.

New subscriptions start with a 7‑day free trial with a card on file. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge; you are not charged until the trial ends. After that, subscriptions renew automatically and can be changed or canceled anytime from Account → Manage subscription inside the app (Stripe billing portal). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Garage Floor Studio is available to authorized franchisees. Access is set up with your business email; sign in at garageforce.customtools.app.
